The Design Process: From Inspiration to Blueprint
Once we have entered into a contract, we’ll go to their home and personally measure the entire space, ensuring we scan everywhere we’re touching and even some that we aren’t just to be on the safe side. This will allow us to build the workspace into a 3D model.
If the client has been building a Pinterest inspiration board of images or even old-school magazine clippings, then we’ll use these to put together a presentation to show the clients exactly what we are good at, which is putting together a stunning design.
Custom Craftsmanship
One of the greatest misconceptions among clients is that custom pieces must be expensive. Often, we do fully made-to-order unique things just for our clients. Custom doesn’t necessarily mean costly if they’re comfortable with restoration hardware prices. It just means being intentional and well-thought-out. This very direct approach often leads to significantly better quality than anything mass-produced.
Client Support During Construction
No matter how great or small a project is, stress happens, but we pride ourselves in our ability to be competent with project management. This is a very effective way of alleviating stress as it helps demonstrate that we have control over a project at all times. Knowing that there are competent, ethical people working on your project goes a long way to reducing stress for homeowners. If an issue arises, we’re there to help them give feedback to the contractor when needed, so they don’t become overwhelmed. Then, we double-check with the contractors to ensure everything can be executed seamlessly without unintended consequences.

The Final Reveal: Installation Day
At the end of every project, while the contractors leave, we stay on site for a bit longer to help bring in all the goodies, from decor to furniture. Installation day, akin to Christmas, is when the real fun begins. This is when all the pieces come together like the perfect puzzle. The transformation is mind-blowing, especially when construction can take so long and everything is suddenly complete.
